TSW- Topical Steroid Withdrawal

TSW made my life hell! I was in middle school and the world was under lockdown. Even if we were not, I would have still not been able to go to school. I had the biggest flare up ever, my face, neck, scalp, back, stomach, wrists, arms and legs were red, itchy and always felt on fire. My whole body was itchy and I would itch so much that it would bleed. My skin would shed so much you could see flakes all around my bed, on the sheet and around my desk. I would suddenly feel this hot flash and for the next 15 minutes all I could do was to sit and try to do something to distract myself so that I could stop itching. If you or a loved one has eczema, please do your research before you use steroids. It's really not worth the torture of TSW.
